21 Day Butterfly Challenge

21 days to move your mind, body from caterpillar to spreading your wings! 

What you'll get:   

Daily class with matching physical movement and mindset tasks

A combination of movement sessions and written mindset tasks. Pre-recordings so you can complete it in your own time.  

  • Week 1 - Preparation Phase (10 mins a day)
  • Week 2 - Growth Phase (20 mins a day)
  • Week 3 - Transformation Phase (30 mins a day)

Just like a caterpillar needs a safe space to transform into a butterfly, you too need to create a nurturing environment for your growth and development. We explore how you can build your own cocoon to support your journey towards transformation.

Before we dive into transforming ourselves, it's important to take a step back and reflect.  By gaining clarity on our starting point, we can better chart a realistic course for where you want to go.

This is a journey of self-discovery and growth.  Giving yourself the time and space to evolve into the best version of yourself.
